Role Summary

Member of a Silicon Engineering team focused on high-performance digital subsystems and hardware architectures. Own complex digital blocks, define micro-architecture, implement RTL, and drive designs through final sign-off.

Experience Level

Senior - 8+ years of relevant experience (SystemVerilog/Verilog RTL design and hardware micro-architecture).

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Define micro-architecture and deliver detailed RTL design for complex digital hardware blocks.
• Integrate internal and third-party IP into digital subsystems and implement required control logic.
• Perform design sign-off checks, including Clock Domain Crossing (CDC), Reset Domain Crossing (RDC), and synthesis preparation.
• Work with Digital Verification teams to debug issues and ensure functional/code coverage goals are met.
• Drive design implementation through final sign-off and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

• 8+ years of SystemVerilog/Verilog RTL design and hardware micro-architecture experience.
• Expertise with memory controllers, digital block integration, and design sign-off flows (CDC/RDC).
• Experience integrating third-party IP and preparing RTL for synthesis.
• Strong debugging skills and experience collaborating with verification teams.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Preferred: exposure to die-to-die (D2D) logic or complex subsystem-level design; prior collaboration with hyperscaler silicon teams.

Education Requirements
