Role Summary
As Senior Reliability Manager for GaN, you will lead reliability engineering for GaN power devices within R&D, owning reliability strategy, test programs, failure analysis, and reliability-driven design guidance. You will manage and grow a small team, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure R&D deliverables meet technology roadmaps.
Focus areas include planning reliability qualification, overseeing experiments and data analysis, and translating results into design and process improvements.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include establishing reliability plans, leading a team, and integrating reliability into GaN development.

- Plan and perform product testing, failure analysis, and reliability assessments.

- Must-have: In-depth knowledge of power semiconductor devices and reliability concepts; demonstrated experience with reliability testing and failure analysis.

- Must-have: Strong data analysis skills (examples: JMP, MATLAB, Minitab) and the ability to interpret test results and derive actionable recommendations.
- Must-have: Clear communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Preferred: Experience specifically with wide band gap GaN HEMTs and GaN device reliability.
Education Requirements
PhD or equivalent in Experimental Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a similar discipline (explicitly stated). The posting also allows equivalent practical experience.
