Senior Reliability Engineer
The Senior Reliability Engineer will define and execute reliability strategies for electronic packaging, GPU modules, servers, data center and automotive products. You will collaborate with package development, operations, and external labs to develop test plans, reliability methodologies, and lead failure analysis to improve product robustness.
Senior β the posting requires a minimum of 4 years of reliability engineering experience, with demonstrated work on electronic packaging and modules.
