Role Summary

The Senior RDA Engineer at Micron Technology will focus on Realtime Defect Analysis within the Advanced Packaging Technology Development (APTD) department. Requirements

Must-have qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of semiconductor experience plus 1 year of RDA experience.
• Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication techniques.
• Basic data manipulation skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Master's Degree in relevant fields.
• Experience with metrology or inspection tools.
• Technical writing and research experience.
