Senior Project/Program Management Specialist — Foundry Process Technology (Japanese/English/Mandarin)
This role in the Operations Engineering Division leads the enablement of front-end wafer process technologies at internal and external foundries (primarily HV/BCD for power applications; may include Mixed-Signal and RF). The position is responsible for project planning, cross-site coordination, and delivering technology enablement to support design and production teams.
Reports into Project Management and works with foundries, internal design/operation teams and external customers to ensure milestones, risks, and customer commitments are met.
Senior — requires at least 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
Primary responsibilities focus on planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination for process technology enablement projects.
