Role Summary

As Senior Project Manager you will join the R&D GaN team and lead a global team of project managers to deliver Gallium Nitride device development and production programs. The role is accountable for defined project results and requires cross-functional coordination across strategy, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, quality, marketing and sales.

Focus areas include project delivery, risk management, operational procedure improvement, and supporting business development opportunities.

Experience Level

Senior-level. No specific years required; experience leading teams to deliver high-impact projects in technology-driven environments is expected.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include program leadership, team management, cross-functional coordination and process improvement.

• Lead, motivate and empower a global team of project managers to deliver project objectives.
• Own project planning, tracking, risk identification and mitigation to achieve defined results.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with manufacturing, supply chain, product development, quality, marketing and sales.
• Support business development and program managers on new opportunities.
• Communicate complex plans clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
• Review and improve operational procedures and project management practices.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

• Proven track record leading teams to deliver complex, high-impact projects in fast-paced, technology-led environments.
• Strong risk management skills and the ability to prioritize project goals and deliverables.
• Experience with modern project management tools and their application.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-cultural, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to support business development activities and work with program managers.

Nice-to-have:

• Project management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience. Project management qualification preferred but not required.
