Role Summary

Lead project management for medium- to high-complexity I/O component development projects. Manage cross-functional, geographically distributed teams and take end-to-end ownership of project delivery to meet schedule, budget, scope, and quality targets.

Coordinate stakeholders, drive planning and execution, and improve project processes to ensure reliable delivery of technical milestones.

Experience Level

Senior - typically requires 12+ years of industry experience with at least 5+ years of project management experience in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

Accountable for planning, execution, and delivery of I/O component projects across internal and external teams.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including schedule, scope, cost, and quality management.
• Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams; allocate resources and track technical deliverables.
• Define and align project requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive project planning activities and maintain execution against commitments.
• Monitor progress, control costs, manage risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present regular status updates, reports, and key metrics to management and stakeholders.
• Lead escalation management and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Maintain transparent customer and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster collaboration among teams, partners, and vendors to meet project goals.
• Identify and implement improvements to project execution, processes, and team effectiveness.

Requirements

Key practical skills and experience required for success in this role.

• 12+ years of overall industry experience; at least 5+ years in project management within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong technical background in I/O development or related semiconductor design domains.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and mitigate technical and schedule risks.
• Demonstrated execution focus on efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results in challenging environments.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Project Management certifications such as PMP are highly desirable. (Education or equivalent practical experience indicated.)
