Senior Project Manager
Role Summary
Lead cross-functional programs to deliver integrated RF front-end modules (filters, silicon ICs, power amplifiers) from design through ramp. Manage schedules, milestones, and stakeholder communication across product design, test, packaging, quality and supply chain.
Works with marketing, operations and manufacturing to support NPI, customer samples and ramp readiness. Hybrid role: 3 days in office, up to 2 days remote when permitted, within reasonable commuting distance.
Experience Level
Senior (Professional). The posting requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant project management experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities
The role manages multiple concurrent projects and drives on-time product delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for RF front-end module development.
- Define and execute program schedules and milestones for multiple projects in parallel.
- Manage detailed schedules and deliverables using Microsoft Project, Wrike and Excel.
- Coordinate product design, test engineering, packaging, quality, and supply chain activities.
- Support new product introduction (NPI), customer sample deliveries and ramp readiness with operations and manufacturing.
- Improve program predictability using Lean methods, best practices and lessons learned.
- Follow and help improve the Product Development Process (PDP) and report project status to business unit, project team and marketing.
- Align KPIs and production values with customer product requirements in collaboration with support engineering.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years project management experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry, including leading cross-functional development teams.
- Hands-on experience with RF front-end module programs (filters, silicon ICs, PAs) and complex multichip BOMs.
- Experience managing schedules and deliverables with Microsoft Project, Wrike and Excel.
- Proven ability to coordinate across product design, test, packaging, quality and supply chain functions.
- Experience supporting NPI, customer samples and production ramp activities.
- Systems and applications experience; ability to align KPIs and production targets with customer PRD.
- Ability to lead subject matter experts and improve program execution using Lean concepts.
- Must be located within reasonable commuting distance of the Greensboro, NC office (hybrid work: 3 days onsite).

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field required.
