Senior Product Security Compliance Architect

Role Summary

Technical lead on product security compliance for NVIDIA Networking. Own the translation of global cybersecurity regulations into engineering requirements and scale Secure Product Lifecycle (PLC) processes across hardware, firmware, and software.

The role drives technical certifications, builds automation for compliance evidence and verification, and partners with engineering and legal teams to ensure products meet international security standards.

Experience Level

Senior β€” typically 5+ years of relevant experience in security engineering, product security governance, or secure development programs.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyze global cybersecurity regulations and convert them into actionable technical requirements and engineering rules.
  • Design, optimize, and scale Secure PLC workflows, embedding security controls into software, firmware, and hardware development pipelines.
  • Lead end-to-end security evaluations, certification activities, and technical audits with labs and evaluators.
  • Develop automation and AI-driven workflows for compliance tracking, evidence collection, and security verification.
  • Advise and collaborate with Hardware, Software, Product Management, and Legal teams to align technical roadmaps with compliance needs.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

  • Proven expertise with secure product/system development lifecycles, threat modeling, and risk engineering.
  • Ability to analyze system architectures, low-level firmware, and code to verify compliance with governance mandates.
  • Experience leading products through third-party security evaluations, testing, or formal validations.
  • Hands-on coding and automation experience to build scripts, tooling, or AI workflows for compliance tasks.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience driving technical alignment across teams.

Education Requirements

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Industry security certifications (e.g., FIPS/Common Criteria-related credentials) are beneficial but not strictly required.
