Senior Product Quality Manager
Role Summary
Lead the product quality function for networking integrated-circuit (IC) products within the Mellanox organization in Yokneam. Establish and maintain quality management systems and processes to ensure product readiness for production and to reduce risk across design, manufacturing, and customer deployment.
Experience Level
Senior. 5+ years of experience preferred, with leadership and manufacturing experience recommended.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead quality activities across product development and production; drive prevention, verification, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and coordinate the IC product quality function and sustain the organization’s quality philosophy.
- Establish, maintain, and optimize an effective quality management system.
- Develop and implement quality plans aligned to organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Lead root-cause analysis for issues from design, manufacturing, or customers and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Improve products using problem-solving tools, quality-at-the-source practices, and continual improvement techniques.
- Maintain and improve build development, verification, and validation processes across the product lifecycle.
Requirements
Key qualifications and skills required or strongly preferred.
- Must-have: 5+ years experience in leadership and manufacturing roles (preferred).
- Must-have: Knowledge of semiconductor design and process.
- Must-have: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; process-oriented mindset.
- Must-have: Strong interpersonal and project management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Nice-to-have: Integrator experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with silicon photonics development and manufacturing.
- Nice-to-have: Demonstrated leadership capabilities in quality or manufacturing organizations.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or materials science, or equivalent practical experience. Other technical degrees will be considered.
