Senior Product Marketing Manager — GaN ASSP Products
Role Summary
Lead product marketing for next-generation GaN-based Application-Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), driving product definition, NPI execution and market adoption across AI data center power, humanoid robotics and automotive electrification segments.
Act as the DRI for customer-driven new product introductions, coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, applications, sales, regional teams) and own commercial outcomes including revenue, volume and profitability.
Experience Level
Senior — typically 10+ years of experience in product marketing or product line management, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include defining product strategy, managing NPI and enabling market adoption.
- Own full product lifecycle from concept through production ramp and act as DRI for strategic customer-driven NPI projects.
- Translate system and application requirements into differentiated product architectures and specifications.
- Lead structured product definition and execution (MRD → DOS → CRS), managing timelines, risks and quality.
- Develop and maintain business plans: revenue, volume, ASP and profitability; adapt strategy from market feedback.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy, positioning, value propositions and application messaging.
- Drive design-in pipeline and conversion to design wins in collaboration with regional teams and sales.
- Support product launches, create technical marketing collateral and enable sales with application content.
- Align cross-functional teams, remove roadblocks and accelerate execution.
Requirements
Must-have technical and commercial experience relevant to GaN and power semiconductor products.
- 10+ years experience in product marketing or product line management within the semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record as owner of customer-driven NPI projects and product outcomes (business case ownership, revenue results).
- Background in power electronics, GaN, SiC or analog/mixed-signal markets.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver design wins, revenue growth and measurable market impact.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for technical audiences and sales enablement.
- Nice-to-have: direct experience targeting AI data center power, robotics or automotive electrification applications.
Education Requirements
Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Electronics Engineering, Physics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
