Role Summary

Responsible for defining and driving NXP's NFC Wireless Charging product portfolio from concept through commercialization. The role leads cross-functional teams and engages customers and ecosystem partners to deliver differentiated hardware, RF, firmware, and system-level solutions that grow adoption and revenue.

Work spans product strategy, roadmap definition, customer engagement, ecosystem enablement, and product lifecycle management.

Experience Level

Senior — typically requires 7+ years in product management, system architecture, applications engineering, technical marketing, or semiconductor leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for NFC Wireless Charging solutions.

• Define product strategy, requirements, and platform direction; prioritize roadmap and investments.
• Manage product lifecycle: concept, launch, ramp, optimization, and end-of-life.
• Lead cross-functional execution with R&D, architecture, applications, marketing, quality, operations, and sales.
• Engage with customers and partners to translate market needs into product requirements and value propositions.
• Develop business cases, monitor market performance, and track key business metrics.
• Represent the company in industry and ecosystem engagements; influence standards and partner roadmaps.
• Ensure successful product launches via customer enablement, documentation, applications support, and go-to-market alignment.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience.

• 7+ years experience in product management, system architecture, applications engineering, technical marketing, or related semiconductor roles.
• Proven track record of driving product strategy, roadmap definition, and cross-functional execution.
• Experience working directly with customers and translating requirements into successful products and design wins.
• Strong technical understanding of hardware, RF, embedded systems, or system-level product development.
• Experience building business cases, performing market and competitive analysis, and making data-driven investment decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing skills, and executive-level communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfort leading cross-functional teams without formal authority and delivering product launches.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with NFC/contactless systems, RF design or antenna systems, power management architectures, or wireless power ecosystems.
• Hardware and RF experience specifically in NFC and/or wireless power.

Education Requirements

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, RF, Microelectronics, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
