Senior Product Manager, Edge AI CPU
Role Summary
Lead product strategy and execution for Arm's Edge AI CPU offerings, including Physical IP developed by Solution Engineering, competitive market positioning, and strategic customer engagement with Tier 1 partners. Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to drive product adoption and roadmap decisions.

Senior β typically requires 8+ years of product management, product strategy, technical marketing, or related experience in the semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities
The role covers end-to-end product lifecycle, market and competitive strategy, and strategic customer success for Edge AI CPU products.
- Lead product lifecycle for Physical IP from market requirements through definition, development, launch, and lifecycle management.
- Define product strategy and roadmaps aligned with Arm's CPU roadmap and customer needs.
- Translate market and customer insights into clear engineering requirements and product priorities.
- Develop commercial cases, investment recommendations, and business plans to support product decisions.
- Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, AI workloads, and software ecosystems to shape positioning and roadmap.
- Create benchmarks, competitive analyses, messaging, and executive-facing collateral.
- Engage Tier 1 customers to secure design wins, lead executive roadmap discussions, and drive adoption.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to balance customer value, technical feasibility, schedules, and business goals.
Requirements
Must-have technical and commercial competencies; a short list of desirable additional skills is provided separately.
- Proven semiconductor product management experience, including leading IP, CPU, SoC, or platform products through their lifecycle.
- Technical knowledge of CPU architectures, SoC design, and Edge AI market trends.
- Experience defining product roadmaps, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance customer requirements with engineering and business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a global organization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, partner management, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for customer and partner engagements.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with CPU technologies, processor or system architecture, and compute platforms.
- Experience with Physical Implementation technologies, Physical IP, or advanced semiconductor design flows.
- Familiarity with Arm architecture, AMBA, interconnects, cache coherency, and Edge AI software ecosystems.
- Experience working with Tier 1 semiconductor companies, OEMs, or strategic ecosystem partners.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field β or equivalent practical experience.
