Senior Product Manager - Compute Subsystems (Physical AI)
Role Summary
Lead product definition and delivery for Compute Subsystems (CSS) and related IP in Arm's Physical AI business unit. Partner with engineering, sales, customers, and external partners to define product strategy and bring products from specification to release.
The team focuses on platforms for autonomous systems, robotics, and other edge AI devices.

Responsibilities
Primary duties include product strategy, cross-functional coordination, and go-to-market activities.
- Research market trends and customer requirements to develop product specifications and roadmaps.
- Lead product lifecycle activities from definition through release for Physical AI CSS and IP products.
- Define product strategies and positioning for CSS and IP in Physical AI markets.
- Produce technical collateral: presentations, white papers, and demonstrations.
- Manage relationships with external partners and support licensing and design-win efforts with Account Managers.
- Train and enable sales, licensing, legal, and application engineering teams to sell and support products.
- Plan and execute marketing activities including press and analyst briefings, product launches, conferences, and demos.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications and skills.
- Strong knowledge of SoC design challenges and the semiconductor market.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to meet customers and colleagues.
Nice-to-have
- Background in automotive, industrial, or robotics systems.
- Experience with SoC IP components such as interconnects and CPUs.
- Knowledge of functional safety in automotive or industrial applications.
- Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1/2 suppliers.
- Product management experience including business planning, strategy, and roadmap definition.
- Strong technical customer engagement experience.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience, in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering.
