Senior Product Manager 3 Cloud AI Compute Subsystems
Role Summary
Owner of compute subsystem product definition and lifecycle for Arm's Cloud AI Business Unit. The role translates customer and partner needs into engineering priorities, drives product improvements, and supports partner integration from RTL through physical implementation.
Experience Level
Senior level. The role expects experienced candidates; the posting requests 5+ years working with processors, SoCs, compute subsystems, or related hardware technologies.
Responsibilities
Manage product direction, execution, and partner enablement for compute subsystem offerings.
- Define and refine compute subsystem requirements from customer needs, market trends, and product strategy.
- Manage product lifecycle and drive improvements for existing computing module offerings.
- Enable partners and hyperscalers to integrate Arm technology across RTL, verification, performance, and physical implementation flows.
- Collect and incorporate insights from partner deployments and field feedback into product priorities and roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with architecture, engineering, program, and commercial teams on priorities and tradeoffs.
- Translate complex technical problems into actionable product requirements and engineering priorities.
Requirements
Must-have technical background and product experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with processors, SoCs, compute subsystems, or related hardware technologies.
- Proven understanding of the hardware development lifecycle and ability to work with architecture, RTL, verification, performance, and physical implementation teams.
- Ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States; this role does not provide sponsorship.

Nice-to-have: experience with Arm-based processors, data center/cloud infrastructure, networking, HPC or AI compute platforms; prior customer-facing technical product or solutions experience.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
