Senior Product Engineer

Role Overview

Siemens EDA is a global leader in Electronic Design Automation software, based out of Noida, India. This position is focused on driving the deployment and usage of Siemens' leading power analysis platform through collaboration with a variety of teams to enhance product development and customer engagement.

Position Summary

The Senior Product Engineer will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and driving the adoption of innovative electronic products. This position requires a hands-on approach to understanding customer needs and aligning them with Siemens' technology solutions.

Experience Level

Candidates should have between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in RTL design, synthesis, power analysis, or a related field, with a solid understanding of design teams and EDA tools.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D to develop the roadmap for the next-generation power platform.
• Manage and foster technical relationships with existing customers and product engineering teams.
• Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and trainings to various stakeholders.
• Gather customer requirements to influence the product direction.
• Participate in new feature specification and validation processes.

Required Skills

Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a self-motivated approach. Familiarity with tools like Verilog/VHDL, Tcl, Perl, or Python scripting, as well as a background in power analysis, will be beneficial.

Education Requirements

A B.S.E.E or equivalent is required; an M.S.E.E or equivalent is preferred.
