Senior Product Development & Test Engineer, Power Management & Mixed Signal IC

This position is part of Qualcomm's Product Development and Test Engineering group, focusing on test solutions for highly integrated power management, analog, and mixed signal ASICs. The team collaborates closely with various departments to ensure successful commercialization and support for QCT's products.
Experience Level
Mid-level; candidates require 2+ years of experience in Hardware Engineering, or a Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting first silicon debug and process experiments.
- Characterizing devices and performing test correlation analysis.
- Generating product documentation and test limits.
- Driving failure analysis and controlling yield variance.
Requirements
Qualifications include:
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Experience with statistical analysis software and quality testing techniques.
- Solid understanding of electronics engineering fundamentals, particularly in PMIC measurement techniques.
- Proficiency in using lab equipment and writing/debugging test codes (LabView, Python).
- Strong communication skills and ability to document workflows.
- Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering preferred.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
