You will be tasked with various responsibilities including:

- Designing final test processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Identifying and resolving yield bottlenecks.
- Analyzing test failures and driving solutions.
- Leading cross-functional efforts to solve technical problems.
- Influencing future ASIC designs for improved yield and test coverage.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of product development engineering experience.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in digital design and circuit analysis.
- Knowledge in ATE test flows and device physics.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education Requirements
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
