Role Summary
Site-level process integration lead responsible for governance, integration strategy, and stability of high-volume HBM manufacturing at the Taichung MTB site. This role leads cross-functional technical problem solving, defines process windows and baselines, and drives qualification and deployment of new process baselines.

Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include owning process-change governance and solving complex cross-process integration issues to maintain yield, reliability, and manufacturing stability.
- Own and govern HBM Global Change Process (GCP) from a process integration perspective, including review and alignment of GCP class levels and sign-off accountability.
- Lead end-to-end analysis and resolution of complex cross-process integration issues affecting yield, reliability, and production stability.
- Define, optimize, and govern process windows and manufacturing integration baselines across upstream and downstream processes.
- Plan and execute integration evaluations for new or modified processes, tools, and materials to enable safe implementation of critical changes.
- Provide technical leadership for yield and cost-improvement initiatives using data-driven, risk-based decision making.
- Lead qualification, validation, and global deployment of new process baselines for new product introductions and technology transitions.
- Support and leverage advanced process control and data analytics (e.g., SPC, FDC, APC) for sustained process performance and early risk detection.
- Drive site-to-site portability, alignment, and knowledge transfer for consistent integration strategy across manufacturing sites.
- Represent process integration in technical reviews, audits, and escalations, ensuring documentation and governance readiness.
