Analog Layout Senior Staff Engineer
Role Summary
Responsible for analog layout implementation and verification as part of Marvell's Central Engineering group. The role partners closely with analog designers and global project teams to deliver IP for Automotive, Storage, Security, and Networking applications.
Work involves detailed layout execution, iterative verification with designers, and contributing as a technical mentor across projects of varying duration.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include detailed analog layout, verification, and ownership through delivery and support.
- Implement analog layouts using Cadence Virtuoso and related CAD flows.
- Run simulations and layout verification in collaboration with designers to meet specifications.
- Own tasks across the development cycle: floorplan, layout, verification, delivery, and post-delivery support.
- Deliver high-speed and precision analog circuits across one or more process nodes.
- Collaborate with distributed global teams and present technical status and issues to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide less-experienced team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

- Proven track record delivering analog layouts for high-speed or precision analog circuits.
- Demonstrated ownership of layout tasks from cell/block level up to interfaces or full-chip macros.
- Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso and practical experience running layout verification and simulation flows.
- Experience working across multiple process nodes is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-time-zone collaboration and technical presentations.
Education Requirements
Candidates typically have a graduate or undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering. Degrees in related technical fields are acceptable.
