Role Summary

Lead pre-silicon SoC verification activities for complex SoC projects, define verification strategy, and ensure silicon readiness. The role involves hands-on development of UVM/SystemVerilog verification environments and close collaboration with architecture, RTL design, and firmware teams.

Senior - requires 15+ years of experience in SoC verification.

Responsibilities

Accountable for end-to-end SoC verification delivery and team leadership.

• Define and execute SoC-level verification strategies and plans.
• Develop and maintain UVM-based verification environments.
• Create verification plans from architectural requirements and implement direct and constrained-random stimulus.
• Perform low-power intent verification using CPF/UPF and netlist verification.
• Conduct hardware-software verification and analyze RTL, functional, and assertion coverage results.
• Plan, track, and assign verification tasks to meet project timelines and silicon tape-out readiness.
• Lead, mentor, and grow verification engineers; drive methodology improvements.
• Collaborate with architecture, RTL design, and firmware teams to resolve verification issues.

Must-have

• 15+ years in SoC verification with end-to-end verification leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on skills in UVM, SystemVerilog, Verilog, and C.
• Experience defining complex pre-silicon verification environments and creating constrained-random stimulus.
• Expertise in analyzing RTL code and functional and assertion coverage results.
• Good knowledge of digital design and verification best practices.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with low-power verification flows and netlist-level verification.
• Proven track record of driving verification methodology improvements at the SoC level.
