Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Define and drive test architecture and methodology across multiple projects and teams.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and infrastructure for bring-up, validation, and regression.
• Plan and execute silicon bring-up, debug hardware/software interactions, and close verification gaps.
• Collaborate with design, verification, firmware, and systems teams to align test plans to product requirements and schedules.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices for test and validation; influence test strategy and tooling adoption.
• Coordinate cross-site and cross-discipline efforts to scale test infrastructure and improve time-to-results.

• Proven experience as a test architect or senior test engineer for SoC/ASIC projects or related silicon development.
• Hands-on experience with silicon bring-up, validation, and hardware/software debug.
• Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (for example, Python, TCL, or similar).
• Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills to coordinate multiple engineering teams.

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with verification tools and methodologies (e.g., SystemVerilog/UVM) and emulation/simulation workflows.
• Experience with board bring-up, hardware debug tools, and lab/test equipment.
• Knowledge of cloud or scalable test infrastructure and CI systems.
• Domain knowledge of Arm IP, microarchitecture, or ML/compute workloads.
