Own execution and delivery for Digital IP and subsystem programs; provide program-level visibility, risk management, and release readiness.
- Lead programs from planning through IP release, handoff, and SoC integration readiness.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans: scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and release criteria.
- Drive cross-functional execution across architecture, RTL design, verification, validation, software, and SoC integration teams.
- Align stakeholders on IP specs, interfaces, integration dependencies, release content, and handoff requirements.
- Manage portfolio planning input, resource prioritization, and execution visibility across multiple IP programs.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, close decisions, and escalate when needed to meet milestones.
- Lead technical reviews, program checkpoints, and leadership updates; communicate status, risks, actions, and decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to report execution health, resource demand, and release readiness.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience to perform the role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering programs across schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of Digital IP development flows including architecture, RTL design, verification, integration, release management, and signoff.
