Senior Principal Technical Program Leader - Data Center Power Solutions
Role Summary
Drive high-visibility programs that shape next-generation kilowatt-level power delivery for data center platforms. Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners to move complex semiconductor power solutions from development through production ramp.
Experience Level
Senior β 15+ years of relevant experience in advanced semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, technology development, or closely related fields.
Responsibilities
Technical program leadership and cross-functional execution for data center power solutions.
- Lead and deliver complex, high-visibility programs expanding kilowatt-level power delivery portfolio for data center applications.
- Define program strategy, milestones, schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and risk mitigation from concept through production ramp.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations to ensure product readiness.
- Work with external partners (foundries, OSATs, manufacturing providers) to enable scale and production readiness.
- Drive technical tradeoffs and translate technical complexity into clear recommendations and program updates for senior leadership.
- Act as a senior technical contributor with broad influence and ownership across program lifecycle.
Requirements
Must-have technical and leadership qualifications; preferred items listed separately.
- 15+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, technology development, or closely related fields.
- Proven track record leading technically complex programs from concept through execution and production ramp.
- Strong ability to set priorities, solve problems proactively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated cross-functional influence.
- Available to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with power management, integrated voltage regulators, advanced packaging, chiplet architectures, or data center power architectures.
- Familiarity with new product introduction, manufacturing transfer, qualification, and production ramp in complex semiconductor environments.
- Experience working with foundries, OSATs, and strategic manufacturing partners.
Education Requirements
Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or another relevant technical discipline (explicitly stated in the posting).
