Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focus on managing tapeout readiness, release governance, and cross-team coordination to ensure error-free tapeout deliveries.

  • Act as the tapeout execution and release coordination lead for HBM designs targeting internal manufacturing.
  • Own and manage tapeout schedules, DBR milestones, and release gating criteria.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize tapeout collateral to ensure accuracy and consistency before release.
  • Coordinate with responsible teams to confirm all release prerequisites and checklist items are met prior to DBR.
  • Coordinate and track closure of signoff readiness items (timing, power, physical verification, integration constraints) with clear ownership and status.
  • Ensure correctness, completeness, and traceability of final databases and signoff evidence at tapeout.
  • Track, document, and escalate waivers, open items, and release risks as part of formal tapeout governance.
  • Maintain release discipline and hygiene across HBM programs.
