Role Summary

Support the NAND Product Development Team Leader by coordinating cross-functional engineering activities to deliver new NAND products from silicon to system. Drive product enablement, integrate AI-based data workflows, and represent NAND engineering in reviews with business units, fabrication, test, and supply chain to achieve on-time qualifications.

Responsibilities

Accountable for technical and program management tasks that enable NAND product qualification and system integration.

• Translate business and SSD requirements into NAND qualification specifications and development priorities.
• Design and implement AI-based workflows to automate data extraction, analysis, and decision support for NAND specifications.
• Integrate NAND product engineering with Technology Development and Design Engineering to enable system-level memory integration.
• Coordinate across Product Engineering, Business Units, Supply Chain, Fabrication, Assembly, and Test to drive execution and time-to-market.
• Create AI-embedded program management tools to track priorities, actions, and qualification milestones.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, represent Product Engineering in development reviews, and manage change control impacting NAND solutions.
• Organize capability and data reviews to advance system development toward customer product qualification samples.
• Lead complex problem solving for NAND-system interactions and guide issue resolution efforts.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and attributes.

• Proven experience developing agentic solutions using industry models and platforms (examples: Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve engineering data problems.
• Practical experience automating and augmenting data workflows for specification validation and analysis.
• Working knowledge of NAND design/device behavior, validation and test flows, reliability, and failure analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills; able to lead cross-functional technical teams.
• Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and able to operate in a global, diverse engineering environment.
• Desire to work in product development with close collaboration across engineering, test, and supply chain.
• Nice to have: experience with system product enablement, media management algorithms, or system architecture.

Education Requirements

Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related discipline. The posting requests transcript documentation of coursework related to AI model fundamentals, data science, and advanced coding skills.
