Role Summary
Lead SoC design and RTL integration activities covering clocking, reset, cores, interconnects, power management, debug & trace, functional safety, security, and IP/subsystem integration. Work with system architects, design & verification teams, product and test engineering, and support functions to deliver high-quality silicon.

Responsibilities
Accountable for end-to-end SoC integration, quality signoffs, and design methodology leadership. Typical responsibilities include:
- Define SoC micro-architecture for clocking, reset, cores, interconnects, power, debug/trace, safety and security features.
- Lead SoC RTL integration using modern tools, flows and methodologies.
- Perform LINT, CDC and RDC signoffs and handoff checks including verification smoke suites and express synthesis.
- Manage requirements traceability and compliance activities (e.g., ISO 26262 / CMMI) across teams.
- Conduct IP integration reviews and back-end (BE) report reviews for concurrent engineering.
- Drive SoC design methodologies with global cross-functional teams and design enablement groups.
- Oversee technical documentation and collaborate with information development teams.
- Mentor and develop other engineers within the product family.
- Lead root-cause analyses, DFMEA and lessons-learned activities to improve product quality.

- Ability to conduct IP integration reviews and review BE reports.
- Proven track record driving design methodology improvements across teams.
- Strong mentoring, collaboration, presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a bias for root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
