Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Design highly integrated microwave and millimeter-wave analog blocks.
- Prepare technical proposals and estimate development timelines.

- Contribute to system-level specifications, floorplanning, characterization, and productization.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers on complex analog designs.
- Drive engineering and process improvements that impact product development.
Requirements
Key technical requirements (must-haves):
- Expertise in analog building blocks: bandgaps, differential amplifiers, op-amps, LDOs, and bias circuits.
- Experience with analog/mixed-signal blocks such as temperature sensors, power detectors, ADCs/DACs, PLLs, clock generators, and process monitors.
- Deep understanding of advanced CMOS process effects on analog circuit performance.
- Experience with full-custom analog layout implementation and parasitic extraction/modeling.
- Proven post-silicon validation and debug experience in high-volume products.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Education Requirements
MSEE with approximately 12 years overall experience, or Ph.D. with a minimum of approximately 10 years overall experience (as stated in the posting). No alternative degree-equivalent language was provided.
