Role Summary
The position is for a Senior Power U-arch Engineer at NVIDIA, part of the Applied Power team, focused on developing energy-efficient high-performance products and innovative SOC architectures.

Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include:
- Leading micro-architecture power features development.
- Collaborating with the DPU Arch team on defining power features.
- Understanding DPU workload characteristics to drive new hardware/software features for performance improvements.
Requirements
Candidates must have:
- BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Strong understanding of energy consumption, estimation, and low power design.
- Familiarity with Verilog and ASIC design principles, particularly PTPX.
- Knowledge of BE flows in the power field is a significant advantage.
- Strong coding skills in Python and Perl.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with design teams.
Education Requirements
BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
