Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:
- Designing workarounds and solutions through lab experimentation.
- Developing and validating system-level features on existing and new silicon.
- Leading system design collaborations with architecture, software, and operations teams.
- Conducting hardware-side debug efforts to address feature bugs and silicon defects.
- Creating advanced debug tools and infrastructure.
- Collaborating with manufacturing and customer teams for production support.
Requirements
The position requires the following:
- 9+ years in system architecture and design.
- BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong fundamentals in digital design, computer architecture, and fault analysis.
- Knowledge of firmware/driver interaction and power management techniques.
- Hands-on validation skills with lab debugging tools.
- Experience in collaborative environments.
