Senior Post-Silicon Characterization Engineer
Responsible for post-silicon characterization and validation of network ASICs, SoCs and SiPh ICs. Tasks include measuring speed, logic, memory, power and analog circuits using ATE and system-level testing, developing characterization methods, analyzing results, and driving qualification activities.
Member of the NVIDIA Networking IC Product Engineering team; collaborate with chip design, power architecture, backend and manufacturing teams to move products from definition to mass production.
Senior β posting requests 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Primary responsibilities include defining and executing tests, analyzing silicon behavior, and communicating findings to design and leadership.
Must-have technical skills and experience for successful performance in this role.
Preferred: semiconductor test engineering or VLSI validation experience; hands-on use of oscilloscopes and lab equipment; programming and data-analysis skills; understanding of backend procedures, power terminology and measurement methods; experience with power management characterization and reliability/validation engineering.
Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
