Role Summary

The Senior PMIC Analog Design Engineer will work within a team focused on developing innovative solutions for consumer electronics, mobile computing, and communications. This role involves designing and architecting analog circuits while collaborating closely with various engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Experience Level

Senior level with a minimum of 5 years of experience in analog circuit design.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Architect and design analog circuits with complete ownership from definition to product release.
  • Guide and participate in the design and evaluation of electronic components and integrated circuits.
  • Develop schedules, monitor project progress, and ensure all objectives are met during the design phase.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, assisting in product definition and ensuring successful transfers to production.
  • Interface with customers to understand their needs and support design-related inquiries.
  • Participate in hiring and mentoring team members to foster organizational growth.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analog circuit design, particularly with switching DCDC regulators.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Solid understanding of control architectures and device physics applicable to Power IC design.
  • Experience with modern CAD tools and familiarity with various analysis methods including Monte Carlo and worst-case analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and capability to work in a team environment.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
