Job Title

Senior NPI Program Manager

Role Summary

Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) for tester products, coordinating cross-functional teams (Test Development, Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing) to ensure build readiness, shipments, and successful production launch.

Drive continuous process improvement through KPI tracking, run program checklists, and close operational issues to maintain production readiness.

Experience Level

Senior β€” minimum 8+ years of Program Management experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include planning and executing tester builds and production readiness, driving cross-functional alignment, and improving processes.

  • Coordinate with Test Development Engineer to plan and drive tester builds and shipments.
  • Lead new tester product build readiness and ensure cross-functional alignment for launch.
  • Track, publish, and act on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); implement corrective actions when metrics fall below targets.
  • Maintain and execute program checklists; ensure team members complete assignments on schedule.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional NPI meetings; identify, escalate, and close operational issues to ensure production readiness.
  • Propose process improvements and work with stakeholders to gain alignment and implement revised processes.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience for immediate success in the role.

  • Minimum 8+ years of Program Management experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience leading Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and system builds.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and navigate ambiguous situations.

Nice-to-have:

  • Prior NPI programs experience.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. A technical major is strongly preferred.
