Role Summary
The Senior Modeling Engineer will be part of the Aerospace and Defense Group at Analog Devices in Bangalore, India. This role focuses on developing next-generation high-speed RF products and requires collaboration with teams in digital, analog, and mixed-signal design.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the definition of modeling requirements based on system and architecture specifications.
- Collaborate with system architects, design engineers, verification teams, software developers, and product evaluation engineers.
- Develop and optimize high-level models using SystemC, C++, Python, or other modeling frameworks.
- Integrate models into simulation environments for advanced performance and functional analysis.
- Drive model-based design and verification activities.
- Analyze simulation results and provide actionable feedback.
- Maintain, update, and enhance models in response to evolving requirements.
- Document models for reuse and scalability.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure long-term model reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices.
Requirements
Must-have skills and qualifications include:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering (ME/M.Tech/BE/B.Tech).
- Strong foundation in signal processing concepts.
- Proficiency in C, C++, SystemC, and MATLAB.
- Familiarity with Python and the Pytest framework.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-have skills include:
- Experience with RF systems and mixed-signal design.
- Hands-on expertise with advanced simulation tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
Education Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering is required.
