Senior Mixed Signal/RF Test Engineer
Role Summary
Develop and release production, qualification, and characterization test programs for WLAN, Bluetooth, and UWB system-on-chip (SoC) devices on automatic test equipment (ATE). The role works closely with Design, Systems, and Software teams to implement DFT and firmware-based test methods and to improve test efficiency and yield.
Experience Level
Senior level - requires significant prior experience (10+ years according to the posting).
Responsibilities
Deliver test development from design kick-off through production release and drive test and DFT improvements.
- Develop production, qualification, and characterization test programs for WLAN, BT, and UWB SoCs on ATE.
- Take test development from design kick-off to production release.
- Debug design- and process-related yield and performance issues.
- Develop and implement DFT concepts and test techniques to improve test efficiency and reduce cost of test.
- Collaborate with Design, Systems, and Software teams on RF/analog test methods, including built-in self-test and firmware-based testing.
- Coordinate across product lines to standardize and advance test engineering approaches.
Requirements
Core skills and preferred experience.
- Must-have: Strong communication and problem-solving skills; self-driven with ownership of project tasks.
- Must-have: Strong programming skills (examples: C++, Java, Visual Basic).
- Nice-to-have: ATE experience (Advantest 93K/Exascale, Teradyne UFLEX/UFLEX+).
- Nice-to-have: RF and mmWave testing experience.
- Fluent in English.
Education Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
