Senior Manager, TTR Ops & Process Engineering
Role Summary
Manage test operations and process engineering for outsourced assembly and test (OSAT) partners across APAC, ensuring on-time customer deliveries, operational KPIs, quality standards and revenue attainment for probe, final test and tape-and-reel services.
Work with sourcing, quality, engineering and planning teams to qualify and transition new product introductions (NPI) to high-volume manufacturing, and lead continuous improvement with OSAT partners.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include coordinating OSAT performance, qualifying technologies for NPI, and ensuring production readiness and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with sourcing, quality, engineering and planning to ensure OSAT delivery commitments and revenue attainment (monthly LE and quarterly targets).
- Partner with engineering to evaluate and qualify OSAT technology (NTI) for New Product Introduction and business continuity.
- Prepare and validate OSATs for smooth transition from NPI to THVM readiness for key programs.
- Manage OSAT performance metrics: on-time delivery (OTD), cycle time (CT), probe/test/tape-&-reel yield, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and utilization of Qorvo-consigned assets.
- Lead and coordinate continuous improvement projects with OSATs and act as liaison between Qorvo (QI/GATE/BU) and OSATs on key projects (POR/POA).
- Ensure OSAT compliance with Qorvo standards and contractual commitments.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- Approximately 20+ years of relevant experience in operations or process engineering leadership roles (senior management level).
- At least 15 years of engineering experience with familiarity in probe, test and tape-&-reel processes.
- Minimum ~5 years managing operations across Asia Pacific markets (examples: Malaysia, China, Korea).
- Minimum ~5 years handling infrastructure/defense and mobile product processes.
- Proven vendor/OSAT management, strong metrics-driven and continuous improvement orientation.
- Experience driving NPI qualification and transitions to high-volume manufacturing.
Education Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) or equivalent academic qualification; posting allows equivalent practical experience in lieu of degree.
