Role Summary
Lead a team of project engineering managers responsible for delivering Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, and ASIC projects. Drive consistent project management practices, manage portfolio-level risks, and align engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include managing people, processes, and portfolio delivery outcomes.
- Lead and mentor project engineering managers across Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, and ASIC product lines.
- Define, refine, and scale project management processes, tooling, and best practices without creating bureaucracy.
- Track portfolio health with meaningful metrics; identify and surface risks and bottlenecks early.
- Partner with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams to align priorities and resolve cross-functional issues.
- Communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leadership and customers in decision-driving terms.
- Guide teams through risk mitigation, schedule recovery, and scope negotiation on high-stakes engagements.
- Drive post-project retrospectives and implement lessons learned to improve future delivery.
Requirements
Must-have technical program and people-management experience in semiconductor delivery environments. Nice-to-have items are listed separately.
- 10+ years of project or program management experience in semiconductor, ASIC, SOC, or Mixed-Signal IP development environments.
- Proven track record leading other project managers or technical program leads.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor product development cycles, including design, verification, tapeout, and customer delivery milestones.
- Experience managing customer expectations under schedule pressure and technical complexity.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; familiarity with Jira or MS Project is a plus.
- Experience working across engineering, sales, marketing, and support to drive alignment and resolve conflict.
Nice-to-have:
- Direct experience with Mixed-Signal IP projects and SOC product lines.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (as stated in the posting).
