Job Title

Senior Manager, System Integration – Silicon Co-Design Group

Role Summary

Lead the System Integration team in the Silicon Co-Design Group to plan and execute post-silicon integration, validation, and wide-area testing across NVIDIA GPU, SoC, and CPU programs. Partner across architecture, design, DFT, software, firmware, QA, and manufacturing to ensure silicon programs meet milestones and quality targets.

Primary goals are to shift post-silicon coverage left by building repeatable wide-area testing capabilities and to keep programs on milestone when upstream dependencies slip.

Experience Level

Senior — typically requires over 12 years of system-level post-silicon bring-up and debug experience, including at least 5 years leading technical teams, with shipped silicon.

Responsibilities

Major responsibilities for the role include planning, execution, technical leadership, and operational improvements.

  • Plan and execute post-silicon feature integration, PVT validation, and wide-area testing across GPU, SoC, and CPU programs.
  • Build wide-area and in-system test as a repeatable capability to shift post-silicon coverage earlier in the schedule.
  • Lead resolution of complex system-level issues, RMAs, and hardware/software interaction problems using targeted lab experimentation and workarounds.
  • Develop and run strategies to keep programs on milestone when software, firmware, methodology, or validation slip.
  • Hire, mentor, and retain senior technical talent; develop a pipeline of individual contributors into senior technical leaders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with architecture, design, DFT, software, firmware, QA, and manufacturing teams.
  • Establish operational rigor: bring-up tracking, debug forums, and translate execution data into structured, decision-ready options.

Requirements

Must-have experience and skills:

  • 12+ years of system-level post-silicon bring-up and debug experience with shipped silicon, including 5+ years leading technical teams.
  • Proven experience finding critical silicon issues before software was production-ready and building or scaling wide-area/in-system test programs.
  • Experience leading distributed technical teams across multiple geographies and demonstrating success attracting, growing, and retaining senior technical talent.
  • Strong fundamentals across DFT, digital design, computer architecture, power, timing, and fault analysis.
  • Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear options for executive audiences.

Nice-to-have:

  • Track record of process or methodology improvements that increased bring-up velocity, debug efficiency, or shipped silicon quality.
  • Experience partnering with major engineering hubs (for example, India) to build shared culture, metrics, and on-call practices.
  • DFT experience with system-test features for in-field test, and familiarity with fault models, DPPM, quality metrics, and RAS.
  • Practical examples of using AI to accelerate analysis, automate debug workflows, or improve reporting.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
