Senior Manager, Product Development Engineering β System Level Test
Role Summary
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) System Level Test (SLT) product development for Data Center Graphics within Product Engineering. Manage and grow a high-performance SLT team to deliver test solutions that meet NPI milestones and KPIs (test time, yield, cost, quality).
Work cross-functionally with architecture, design, product & test engineering, software/platform, and customer quality teams to define scalable manufacturing test solutions.

Responsibilities
Accountable for SLT strategy, execution, and team development to meet business milestones, cost, and quality targets.
- Define and drive SLT solutions to meet NPI milestones, cost, quality, and throughput targets.
- Resolve complex, novel production and test engineering problems; lead changes to processes and methods.
- Conduct engineering evaluations and analyses to close production issues.
- Design and implement SLT logging and manufacturing data-collection flows.
- Influence technical decisions across product development and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
- Upskill the team on low-level system debug for data center product families.

Minimum qualifications and desired skills for successful performance.
- Must-have: Proven leadership of NPI or product development test teams with experience in system-level test for complex SoC/CPU/GPU products.
- Must-have: Proficient understanding of x86 CPU and GPU architecture and functionality.
- Must-have: Broad knowledge of industry-standard bus protocols such as DDR, PCIe, and USB; familiarity with SoC design and power-management concepts.
- Must-have: Experience with firmware and software interaction; proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Shell, Java, Perl, Ruby or similar).
- Must-have: Proficiency with Windows and Linux; strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with HBM, HSIO, high-volume manufacturing (HVM), and data center infrastructure.
