Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring optimized test coverage for all HIG HBM design architectures and process nodes.
- Developing, validating, and qualifying Micron’s next-generation HBM products.
- Providing support for design verification and circuit analysis of new products.
- Improving manufacturing test yields and resolving yield-related issues.
- Driving innovation and technical advantage in the market.
- Mentoring team members and managing project execution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong leadership and technical problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Micron Product Engineering.
- Proven collaborative work ethic across teams.
Education Requirements
