Senior Manager, Formal Design Verification Engineering
Role Summary
Lead and grow a team of Formal Verification engineers responsible for formal signoff and verification of critical IP used across AMD products. The role combines people management, verification methodology leadership, and hands-on technical oversight.
Work with cross-functional leaders to plan verification efforts, drive best-practice methodology, and ensure verification commitments are met on schedule.

Responsibilities
Manage and enable a high-performance Formal Verification organization; drive methodology, delivery, and cross-team collaboration.
- Lead and mentor a team of Formal Verification engineers (20+ engineers).
- Define, improve, and maintain formal verification methodologies for full formal signoff.
- Plan and execute verification schedules; meet verification commitments for critical IP.
- Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to align verification strategy with product goals.
- Drive automation and process improvements to increase team efficiency.
- Represent the team in technical reviews and presentations to stakeholders.
