Senior Manager, DPU Performance and System Validation

Role Summary

Lead the DPU Performance and System Validation organization in Israel, managing teams focused on performance verification, simulation modeling, and system validation. The role drives performance planning, emulation, functional validation, and post-silicon debugging to ensure DPU platforms meet performance targets and are ready for tape-out.

Coordinate with architecture and platform teams to define and implement performance verification plans and to unify debug and validation processes across platforms.

Experience Level

Senior β€” requires 15+ years in ASIC development/validation with at least 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate engineering teams to deliver performance and validation results.

  • Manage and grow a group of 25+ engineers across Performance in DV & Simulation Model and System Validation teams.
  • Define and implement the Performance Verification (PV) plan in collaboration with Architecture and platform teams.
  • Coordinate performance emulation and functional validation to ensure tape-out readiness from a performance perspective.
  • Participate in post-silicon performance debugging and drive performance improvements.
  • Develop and standardize performance debug processes across all platforms.

Requirements

Must-have technical and management qualifications.

  • Proven performance management experience within the chip/ASIC industry.
  • 15+ years overall experience in ASIC development/validation; 5+ years of management experience.
  • Technical expertise in DPU performance and system validation and demonstrated implementation experience (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with performance emulation, simulation modeling, and post-silicon debug workflows.

Education Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent; equivalent practical experience accepted.
