Job Title

Senior IC System Level Test Product Lead

Role Summary

Lead planning and execution of system-level validation and test activities for advanced networking IC products (adapters, switches, interconnect). Work with cross-functional and multi-site teams to define coverage, test plans, hardware setups, and quality metrics to achieve production-ready IC screening on system platforms.

Position is based in Yokneam with a hybrid schedule (typically 2–3 days on-site per week).

Experience Level

Senior — requires substantial experience in engineering/technical program management. The posting specifies 8+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include planning, coordinating and executing system-level test and validation activities and driving product quality through cross-functional ownership.

  • Collaborate with architecture, marketing, operations, hardware, firmware, software and data teams across global sites to define product test coverage and requirements.
  • Develop and execute system-level test plans; define and validate hardware setups; operate within existing test frameworks.
  • Define and maintain quality indicators and dashboards; analyze test results and report findings.
  • Manage product transition from engineering validation to mass production.
  • Create and monitor project workplans; coordinate matrixed teams and track progress to schedule and quality targets.
  • Drive improvements in product quality and time-to-market.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience to perform the role.

  • 8+ years of engineering or technical program management (EPM) experience.
  • Proven experience with testing and QA methodologies and testing tools.
  • Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead projects end-to-end, prioritize work, and operate independently.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication and presentation skills; team-player mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with silicon pre- and post-silicon validation.
  • Scripting experience (Python or similar).
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems.
  • Experience preparing and completing qualification test plans and summary reports.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer/software science/engineering or electrical engineering (the posting allows equivalent practical experience in lieu of a degree).
