Role Summary
The NVIDIA Architecture Modeling group is seeking experienced Architects and Functional Modeling Engineers to work on functional simulation platforms across GPU generations. This role involves collaboration with various modeling teams to design, develop, and validate GPU architecture models.
Experience Level
Senior-level position requiring 5+ years of experience in relevant fields.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Modeling of GPU architecture and related components.
- Documenting, designing, and developing tools for simulation and validation of models.
- Familiarizing with various functional and performance simulation models.
- Developing tests and infrastructure for new architectures.
- Improving the simulation platform to support future GPU architectures.
- Utilizing AI to enhance daily tasks.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- BS, MS, PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proficient in C++, C, and scripting languages like Python or Perl.
- Strong background in Computer Architecture and experience in modeling (System C & TLM preferred).
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within a distributed team.
Education Requirements
BS, MS, PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
