Senior Full Chip Layout Engineer
Role Summary
Member of the Networking Silicon physical design team responsible for full-chip floorplanning, placement, routing and physical verification through tape-out for high-speed communication devices. Work closely with block owners, verification and project management to deliver manufacturable chip layouts.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Perform full-chip physical layout including floorplanning, integration, pin assignment and bump routing.
- Drive layout convergence and quality across blocks by coordinating with block owners and project managers.
- Execute physical verification flows and fix violations to meet DRC/LVS/DFM requirements.
- Manage the chip layout flow from floorplan through tape-out and sign-off.
Requirements
Key technical skills and experience expected.
- Must-have: ~5+ years hands-on full-chip layout and physical verification experience for advanced process nodes.
- Must-have: Strong knowledge of physical verification methodologies (DRC, LVS, ANT, ERC, DFM).
- Must-have: Experience with scripting (TCL, Unix shell) and working in Linux environments.
- Must-have: Familiarity with physical build tools (Synopsys ICC2/FC, Cadence Innovus) and PV tools (Synopsys ICV, Siemens Calibre).
- Must-have: Attention to detail, self-motivation, and good interpersonal/teamwork skills.
- Nice-to-have: Experience defining methodology or owning full-chip/place-and-route flows.
- Nice-to-have: Prior use or interest in AI tools to assist layout/verification tasks.
Education Requirements
