Senior FPGA Engineer
Join a multi-disciplinary Electronic Systems Development team to design and prototype FPGA/ASIC-based embedded systems for government research programs. Work focuses on real-time communications, sensor processing, software-defined radio (SDR) platforms, and low size/weight/power/cost (SWaP-C) custom platforms.
Responsibilities span architecture, implementation, verification, integration, and on-target testing of prototype hardware and embedded systems.
Senior. Typical experience guidance: approximately 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master's; PhD or equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.
Deliver FPGA and ASIC components and embedded prototypes across development phases.
Must-have technical skills, security eligibility, and workplace expectations.

Typical requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (with ~5 years' relevant experience); or Master’s degree (with ~3 years' relevant experience); or a PhD with relevant experience.
