Role Summary
Senior engineer on the NVIDIA Networking pre-silicon verification team, focused on formal verification of NIC designs. The role applies formal methods and toolchains to prove correctness of complex digital logic and communication protocols and supports tapeout-quality verification for high-performance networking products.

Senior — 5+ years of relevant verification or engineering experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include applying formal verification techniques and collaborating with pre-silicon design teams.
- Apply formal verification algorithms and methodologies to prove correctness of complex digital logic and protocols.
- Develop formal assertions, proofs, and property suites for NIC designs and interfaces.
- Collaborate with pre-silicon design and verification engineers to identify and close verification gaps.
- Debug formal proof failures and perform root-cause analysis on design and specification issues.
- Contribute to verification flows and help integrate formal techniques into the verification lifecycle.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience.
- 5+ years of relevant verification or engineering experience.
- Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills for hardware designs.
- Effective written and verbal communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Nice-to-have:
- Prior formal verification experience.
- Knowledge of digital logic and hardware implementations.
Education Requirements
BSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or MSc in Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
