Role Summary

Field Applications Engineer supporting Renesas Analog & Power product portfolio across Turkey and Eastern Europe, embedded in the Regional Sales team. The employment contract is with Altium Poland; the role provides technical support from design through mass production and serves as the primary technical advisor for customers and distributors.

Primary mission is to win design wins by delivering proactive system-level design assistance, managing evaluation and proposal stages, and coordinating internally across sales, product, and engineering teams.

Experience Level

Responsibilities

The core responsibilities include:

• Work with Sales Engineers and FAEs to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Promote the analog, power, interface, and sensor portfolio and coordinate with digital/connectivity FAEs.
• Provide technical design support from evaluation through mass production; drive and manage technology proposals and evaluations.
• Perform system-level demonstrations and in-depth technical troubleshooting as required.
• Identify and pursue design-win opportunities at the project design level.
• Create, organize, update, and track opportunities and customer designs in internal systems.
• Understand customer products, markets, supply and business needs and communicate critical requirements internally.
• Monitor competitor activity and develop counter-strategies.
• Travel within the assigned territory to customers and distributors.

Requirements

Must-have and preferred qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar FAE/application role preferred; strong hands-on background in analog and power management applications.
• Proven ability to drive projects from demand creation to production and achieve design wins.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; very good command of English required.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory; mobility is required.
• Strategic and commercial thinking to prioritize accounts and recommend solutions.
• Basic knowledge of MCU/MPU systems is useful but not mandatory.

Education Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering is specified (Bachelor's-level degree). The posting does not specify advanced degrees or explicit equivalent-experience language.
