Senior Engineer, Test Engineering - Product Development

Role Summary

As a Senior Test Engineer on Product Development, you will design and implement test strategies, diagnostic programs, test fixtures, and qualification processes for multiple product lines. You will lead technical efforts, manage resources and schedules, and mentor junior engineers to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.

Position is based in Gen. Trias, Philippines; travel up to 10% may be required.

Experience Level

Senior-level - typically requires 7+ years of relevant test engineering experience and demonstrated technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies and methodologies across product lines.
• Develop advanced diagnostic test programs to detect complex performance issues.
• Design and oversee development of test fixtures, equipment, and complex PCBs for evaluation.
• Create and standardize test setups, procedures, and qualification plans.
• Manage resources, schedules, and equipment allocation for multiple projects.
• Lead technical problem resolution and provide guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and quality systems.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience:

• Proven experience architecting test strategies and developing test methodologies.
• Expertise in developing and executing advanced diagnostic programs for complex failures.
• Experience designing and developing complex test fixtures and test hardware.
• Strong knowledge of test procedure development and standards implementation.
• Experience managing testing resources, schedules, and equipment across projects.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Advanced PCB design experience for test setups and evaluation boards.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience leading qualification efforts across multiple product lines.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience in test engineering or a related discipline.
