Role Summary
Senior engineer on the SoC Engineering team based in Da Nang. Responsible for contributing to RTL design, verification, implementation support, and silicon bring-up to deliver production-quality system-on-chip products.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include collaborating with multiple engineering disciplines to design and validate SoC components and to support tapeout and bring-up.
- Develop and review RTL for SoC blocks; implement coding standards and perform code reviews.
- Design and maintain verification environments; write and execute tests to validate functionality.
- Support synthesis, static timing analysis, and implementation interactions to meet timing and area goals.
- Debug pre-silicon and post-silicon issues; support lab bring-up and validation activities.
- Automate tasks and flows using scripting; create documentation and handoff artifacts for downstream teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in cross-team design and integration reviews.

- Must-have: Practical experience in SoC/ASIC engineering including RTL design and verification.
- Must-have: Proficiency with RTL languages and methodologies (e.g., SystemVerilog, UVM or equivalent verification flows).
- Must-have: Experience with synthesis, static timing analysis, and debug of implementation issues.
- Must-have: Scripting skills for automation (e.g., Python, Tcl, shell).
- Must-have: Strong problem-solving, debugging skills, and ability to work across teams.
- Nice-to-have: FPGA prototyping, board-level bring-up, or familiarity with physical design flows.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with industry EDA tools and prior involvement in tapeout cycles.
